About the program:
Enjoy an energizing workout with a group of adults ages 60 or older! In this class, participants will use light weights, leg exercises and flowing movements to improve muscle strength, heart health and balance.

Please wear: Exercise appropriate clothes.

Please bring: Weights and a water bottle.
Resident Fee:
$35 for session,
or $5 for day of drop-in
Non- Resident Fee:
$50 for session,
or $10 for day of drop-in
