In this introductory class, children will learn the basics of ice skating while parents learn how to assist their children. This class incorporates both on-ice and off-ice work to help students gain confidence and ability in a pair of skates.

In addition, we will track the progress of students so they know what to work on when class ends. McMorran Arena is offering free rental skates and helmets to participants. NEW!

Parents are expected to skate with their child and must have previous experience skating. Registration includes both a child and one adult. Please register under the child’s name.

Please wear warm clothes and gloves. Snow pants are recommended.
