Walk towards a healthier you with Port Huron Parks and Recreation. Join us for our weekly group walks at 6 p.m. around Port Huron. Most walks are one-two miles.

Once again, this summer our weekly walks will be themed, including the weekly gift baskets! All walkers are encouraged to dress according to theme if they are feeling festive.

Themes and dates for upcoming Walk MI group walks:
🇺🇸July 1: Fourth of July theme at International Flag Plaza
🐶 July 8: Dog days of summer theme at Pine Grove Park
🎂July 15: Happy birthday USA theme at the Rotary International Parade in downtown Port Huron at 6:30 p.m.
💧July 22: Keep our waters clean theme at Blue Water River Walk
🏖July 29: Beach party theme at Lakeside Park
🌳Aug. 5: Woodland walk theme at Sanborn Park Multi-Use Trail
Those who attend the in-person, group walk will be entered to win a gift basket!

Those who participate in our Wednesday group walks will have a chance to win the weekly Walk Michigan prize basket! Winners will be selected at random using a random name picker app and notified by phone on the following Friday or Monday after the group walk.

If you choose to walk separately from the group, or in case of inclement weather, please send a photo as proof of your walk to: https://bit.ly/WalkMI. If inclement weather occurs, that night's walk will be canceled. To receive credit for a canceled walk, please walk on your own time and submit your photo to: https://bit.ly/WalkMI

All ages are welcome! Participants must register for this event. Day-of registration is also available at the group walks.
