  • Whether riding one of our trikes or scooters or your own tricycle or bicycle with training wheels, you must provide and wear a helmet.

  • Our vehicles will be available inside the Palmer Park Recreation Center Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..

  • All other toys will not be available this summer.

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Children 8 or older may borrow a scooter.

**Sprout City 2021**
Located at Palmer Park, Sprout City is one-of-kind. The park features a miniature city encouraging children to use their imagination and creativity when playing. It includes buildings such as workshop garage, farmer’s market, house, post office/bank, hospital, and newly added in 2020, a school, a fire station, and a police station. Children are also able to exercise their imagination with the park’s creative touches such as the dinosaur bones at the bottom of the sandpit, the painting easels, and ADA accessible community garden.
