The City of Port Huron welcomes all to enjoy its beautiful waterfront and experience all Lake Huron has to offer. We maintain two main beaches, Lakeside Beach and Lighthouse Beach.

Beach Parking Rates

A beach pass is required to park at Lakeside and Lighthouse Beaches from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Beach passes are available to purchase at the Lakeside or Lighthouse Beach parking booth from Monday, May 30 to Monday, Sept. 5 or at the Palmer Park Recreation Center from Monday, May 23 to Friday, May 27. Please show ID to purchase a parking pass. Please stick the pass on the driver's side window.

Reentry is not available with a single-use beach parking pass at Lakeside and Lighthouse Beaches.

  • City of Port Huron resident: FREE

  • Fort Gratiot and Port Huron Twp resident: FREE

  • St. Clair County resident: $35

  • Out of St. Clair County residents: Not available

Single-use pass:

Parking fee is charged each time a vehicle enters the park. Reentry is not available with a single-use beach parking pass at Lakeside and Lighthouse Beaches. All day passes are not available.
