Welcome to The City of Port Huron's Parks and Recreation!

Here, fun is our business! We love serving our community and work hard to provide recreational opportunities for the entire family and our residents.

The Palmer Park Recreation Center houses are Recreation DEPARTMENT STAFF AND is a site where our community is welcome to play cards, chess, participate in recreation and leisure classes, as well as host their own meetings and events in one of our rental rooms. Additionally the Rec opened a play space for children in 2024 at Discovery City Children's Museum.

in addition, The City maintains over 25 parks, including beaches, splash pads, baseball fields, swimming pools, boat docks and ramps for residents and visitors to enjoy. PARK RENTALS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.
