The City of Port Huron opened a new chapter in spring of 2025 by taking ownership of the Eleger G. Harvey Reinvestment Center from the Port Huron Housing Commission, embracing a new opportunity for community growth.

Facility rental
The Harvey Community Center, boasts a large gathering space with the capacity to hold medium-sized events, classes and meetings. restrooms and a parking lot is available for use. Two spaces are available to rent: Community room and Meeting room.
Friendly reminder Smoking, vaping, or alcohol is not allowed on City property. Rentals must conclude at 9 p.m.

•Max capacity: 120 people
•Rental hours: Monday-Saturday, 8 A.M. TO 9 P.M.
Sundays, afternoons only
•14, five-foot round tables provided
•12, eight-foot rectangle tables provided
•Up to 120 chairs provided
•Kitchen use is not permitted
•Must sign contract and agree to rental policies
Rates
Cleaning/damage deposit:
$50 per event, additional rate may be charged if excessive uncleanliness or damage occurs
City of Port Huron resident and nonprofit:
$100 per event
Nonresident rate:
$200 per event
For Profit rate:
