Refine advanced strokes and swim skills to swim longer distances! This class is for those who have passed Intermediate or are able to swim one pool length (25 yards) completely unassisted.

Monday and Wednesday lessons:

Tuesday and Thursday lessons:

For session I, no class on Thursday, July 4. A makeup class is scheduled for Friday, July 5 at your normal class time. For session II, no class the week of July 29.
