Through games and activities, players will learn the basics of water polo such as offensive and defensive strategies and skills like passing and shooting the ball. This program is developed to harness all the fun, dynamic aspects of water polo in a safe, easy to learn aquatics experience that will motivate kids to swim and stay fit.

Players should be able to swim safely across the pool and back.
