Learn to make your own gnocchi with the award-winning students and faculty of the Culinary Institute of Michigan. This is a basic techniques class that will focus on the methods for making multiple types of gnocchi, each with its own distinct texture and flavor. Sauces and appropriate accompaniments will also be covered. This is a hands-on learning experience.
