The Palmer Park Recreation Center is a congregate meal site for the Council on Aging, Inc, serving St. Clair County. Lunches are served at 11:30 a.m. Mondays through Fridays. A $2.50 donation is suggested for ages 60 or older. For individuals under 60 lunches are $4.50.
