About the program:
Exercise without additional strain on your knees at the Harvey Community Center's newest class for seniors—Seated Strength with Phoenix Fitness!
This class is FREE for all ages, but is intended for seniors. Workouts will be done in a seated position or in a standing position while using a chair for stability.
Class is drop-in on Thursdays in March at 7:30 p.m. No registration is needed. Chairs are provided, but please bring a towel and water. Light weights are optional.
